Refund Policy
Cancellation
Due to the nature of our products, returns or exchanges without a valid reason are not supported. For any after-sales requests regarding stress-relief squishies or collectibles, a complete unboxing video is required. Requests without an unboxing video cannot be processed. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
Note: Different production batches may result in slight variations in texture.
If more than 24 hours have passed since your order and we have already prepared your goods and scheduled shipment, cancellations will be refunded at 60% of the total amount paid.
Returns (if applicable)
Customers may request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product. To be eligible, the item must be unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
Our orders may ship via international carriers. Import duties, VAT, and any destination-country fees are the buyer’s responsibility. If a package is refused due to duties/taxes, we cannot issue a refund.
To start a return, contact us at support@toonworldshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions and the return address.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Keep and share a valid tracking number as proof of return shipment. Toon World Shop is not responsible for lost return packages; you must work with the carrier if a package is lost.
Refunds (if applicable)
Please place orders carefully and review our standard shipping timelines. If goods have already shipped and are in transit and the scheduled delivery date has not been exceeded, any refund will be limited to 60% of the product total.
Due to tariffs and other country-specific charges not controlled by Toon World Shop, customers must pay any required fees per local regulations. We do not accept returns or refunds resulting from these charges.
We do not issue refunds for items that have already been received, unless there is a seller error (e.g., wrong item or item received damaged). In such cases:

Record a clear unboxing video of the unused product(s).

Email the video and order details to support@toonworldshop.com.
After verification, we will arrange a return or exchange.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe (bank processing times may vary).
Gift Cards: Gift card purchases are non-refundable once issued. “Buy now, pay later” methods (where available) cannot be used for purchasing gift cards or booking services/consultations.
Free Gifts: Complimentary items are randomly selected and cannot be chosen.
Damage on Arrival: Check your package upon delivery. For any damage, a full unboxing video is required. The unboxing video is the sole standard for after-sales service. Damage caused by the customer is not eligible for return or exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
