Order Processing

Once you place an order, please allow 3–6 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
Some handmade or specialty items (such as imitation cream products) may require 2–5 additional days to fully dry or be ready before shipping.

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: Usually takes 15–20 business days for delivery.

• Expedited Shipping: If you require faster delivery, please contact us at support@toonworldshop.com for options and rates.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your package on our “Order Tracking” page.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Our products are shipped via international carriers. The destination country may impose import duties, VAT, or additional fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
⚠️ If a package is refused due to import duties or taxes, we are unable to offer a refund.
